Frequently asked questions

How do the free trial and renewal work?
You subscribe with your Apple ID and for 30 days you use every feature without paying anything — it's Apple's standard introductory offer, not a trick of ours. If you don't cancel before the 30 days are up, the plan you chose auto-renews — €19.99/month or €149.99/year — and is charged to your Apple ID account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Garzone.pro > Cancel Subscription. You can do this anytime, even during the free trial: to avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No need to email us — the subscription is handled entirely by Apple.
If I switch phones, do I lose my data?
No. Your clients, quotes, job reports and photos are also stored in your private iCloud space. Sign in with the same Apple ID on the new iPhone, open Garzone, and everything is right where you left it. Not even we can see that data — it stays in your Apple account.
What happens if I don't renew my subscription?
Nothing drastic: all your data stays readable and shareable (you can still send an old quote as a PDF, for example). The only thing that gets locked is creating new clients, quotes, job reports or appointments. We never hold your data hostage.
What permissions does the app request, and why?
Contacts: only to import, in two taps, a single contact you choose, through iOS's native picker — Garzone never sees the rest of your address book. Microphone: to dictate instead of typing in longer fields (job description, notes). Camera: to attach job photos to a report. Notifications: local reminders for appointments, parts, installments and maintenance due dates. You can review or revoke every permission in iOS Settings > Garzone.
Is my data safe? Who can see it?
Garzone has no server of its own: your data stays on your iPhone and in your private iCloud, protected by your Apple ID. There's no dashboard or database of ours where we could see it, even if we wanted to. Full details are in the privacy policy.
